Terms and Conditions

Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable retainer of $100 is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before pickup/delivery. Orders not paid in full by the due date may be cancelled.

Cancellations & Refunds
All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the retainer). Cancellations within 14 days of the due date will not be refunded.

Design & Artistic Style
Each item is handmade and may vary slightly in color, design, or detail. I do not replicate other artists’ work exactly, but will use reference photos as inspiration. If you allow creative freedom, I’ll ensure the final result fits the agreed theme and aesthetic.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
My kitchen is not allergen-free. While gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free, vegan, and other allergen-free options may be offered, cross-contamination is possible. It is your responsibility to inform guests of potential allergens.

Pickup & Delivery
Pickup is from my home at the agreed time. Please arrive promptly, as I work by appointment. Once items leave my possession, I am not responsible for damage caused during transport or improper storage. Delivery is available for wedding cakes and large orders by prior arrangement, with an additional fee.

Storage & Handling
Cakes and baked goods should be transported on a flat surface in a cool vehicle (preferably air-conditioned). Cakes containing fruit fillings, cream cheese, or whipped cream require refrigeration. Buttercream cakes should be refrigerated if not served the same day. Remove from the fridge 30–60 minutes before serving for best texture and flavor.

Photos & Marketing
I reserve the right to photograph and share images of your order for marketing purposes (website, social media, etc). Your name or personal details will not be shared without your permission.
